Use of the website

Registering for the first time is very simple. Click on the “Account” button in the upper right corner of the page and then select the “Register” button.

Registration is not mandatory to browse and shop the site. However, creating an account allows you to enjoy a number of benefits: save items in your shopping cart for later use, save your personal information and payments for faster checkout and easy returns.

What if I forget my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. Simply go to the “Login” page and click on the “Forgot Password” button and follow the instructions.

Products & Services

Do the products on the website look accurate?

We have made every effort to optimize the accuracy of all product images and colors on our website. However, the display of product colors depends heavily on the user's computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of each user's monitor.

Why do some products appear to be out of stock?

Due to the limited production of some of our products, they may be out of stock, so we are constantly updating our website with the latest product availability.

While we can't always guarantee that all products are in stock, if you are looking for a specific product and can't find it on our website, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Are there gift cards available online?

We do not currently offer gift cards that can be used online.

Do I need to pay import duties?

All import taxes and duties are included in the price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Will product information be displayed on the delivery?

We respect and protect our customers' privacy, so you can shop with confidence because your privacy is important to us. Our courier network requires us to include the return name/address and a description of the contents, which we try to keep to a minimum.

Shipping&delivery

Receipt of order

Our delivery time is calculated from the moment of acceptance of the order and may include a period of 48 hours, during which time our warehouse will process and ship your items.

During sales and busy periods, this period may be extended to 72 hours due to high order volumes.

Tracking Orders

All orders are tracked, you can log into your account or check www.sf-express.com Enter your order number to track the shipment progress of your order.

Delivery Procedure Failure:

If no one at the delivery address accepts and signs for the package, we will attempt to deliver the package three more times. After two delivery attempts, we will contact you directly via email.

I returned an item and have not received any response

Returns take a full 14 working days to process and you will receive an email when this has been done. We recommend that all customers retain proof of postage receipt from the courier company. If you are concerned that your item has not been received, please use this proof of postage to track your package so that we can follow its return journey.

I received a defective or incorrect item

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we recommend that you return it as soon as possible. However, it must be unwashed, unworn and in its original condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Can I exchange my order for another style?

We only offer size and color exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

I am concerned that my size will sell out before the exchange is completed

If you are concerned, we recommend placing a new order on our website and returning your purchase for a refund.
